This LP was released just before Doris completed her 19-year contract with Columbia Records. It was likely issued to fill the void that had been created by the absence of a new studio album from the star. The 10 track compilation was the first ‘Doris Day’ release to be issued on Columbia’s budget-label Harmony. It featured an interesting bag of movie related single releases.  When issued by CBS Records in the UK (#BPG 62785) the track order was revised to: “Move Over Darling”, “Do Not Disturb”, “Glass Bottom Boat”, “What Every Girl Should Know”, “Canadian Capers”, “Twinkle Lullaby”, “Pillow Talk”, “Please Don’t Eat the Daisies”, “Tunnel of Love”, “Julie”, “Send Me No Flowers” and “Soft As the Starlight”.
