Fans help raise over $6000 for Doris Day’s animal foundation by supporting our calendar projects

May 27, 2010 2 Comments

The 2010 calendar sold out just a week or so ago and we are thrilled to announce that even during such a severe economic downturn you have still help us raise nearly $1700USD*.

Over the last three years, this site has arranged the production of a professionally printed Doris Day wall calendar. The calendars were not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Doris Day but produced in an effort to raise some money to help the Doris Day Animal Foundation which works tirelessly to improve the lives of many of our four-legged friends.

As we say each year our sincerest thanks to everyone who got involved with this fundraiser. Can you believe that to date we have now raised over $6000USD for Doris’s American based animal organisation. This year’s monies were wired to the Doris Day Animal Foundation today (a letter confirming receipt of the donation has been posted below).

* Total donated from the proceeds raised after the deduction of expenditure on pre-production, design, printing, packaging, postage/handling etc.
