BBC Radio 2 DJs rally round to support Doris Day’s new album “My Heart” (preview here the lead radio single “Heaven Tonight”)

August 5, 2011 4 Comments

We’re so pleased that so many of the biggest names on British radio are supporting Ms. Day’s new album “My Heart”. Great Britain is after all historically Ms Day’s second most important music market outside of her home country (based on record sales and chart positions).

Since Sony Music UK issued their radio-only single “Heaven Tonight” it has been given some fantastic plugs by BBC Radio 2 DJs Paul O’Grady, Michael Ball, Aled Jones and Elaine Paige. The radio station is notably one of the most popular in jolly ole England listened to by millions.

Below you can listen to a sound clip of the radio mix of “Heaven Tonight” which a fan has uploaded onto YouTube. Isn’t it a great new song! We’d encourage fans to keep requesting it now until the album is released.
