Pretty musical in which a chorus girl ('Dynamite' Jackson) mistakenly receives an invitation to represent her country at a festival in Paris, France. On her transatlantic crossing, she then meets an engaged State Department official who her shipmates decide is perfect for her.

The movie also features the title song which is a much-loved sentimental ballad, as well as I Know a Place, That's What Makes Paris Paree and I'm Gonna Ring a Bell Tonight.
