A lively musical centred around the rivalry and eventual romance between tomboy Calamity Jane and Wild Bill Hickok. Who'd have thought that Calamity, who was so darn occupied with fighting Indians and cracking a bullwhip, would end up changing her high-stepping tune....but she does!

Deadwood, Dakota Territory becomes the backdrop to the ultimate of Day roles and her personal favourite. It sparkles with an Oscar nominated score by Sammy Fain and Paul Francis Webster, who won an Academy award for Doris's million-seller Secret Love.
