ABOUT US
The Doris Day Calendar produced by DorisDayTribute.com is our unique way to do something fun for Doris' fans whilst raising some extra dollars for the Doris Day Animal Foundation. We source images from original photographic prints, transparencies or negatives - these are then scanned, retouched and restored where necessary. The calendar is limited to a very small print run but offers those fans who take part a wonderful keepsake for 12 glorious months. To date, our donations have raised over $82,000USD for Doris' Animal Foundation.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept most major Debit/Credit Cards using secure online payment service PayPal. Orders will appear on your Debit or Credit Card statement as: PAYPAL *CALENDARORD. Sorry but we do not accept cash, cheques, postal orders, bank transfers or any other payment method.

DISPATCH INFORMATION
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days from receipt of a cleared PayPal payment. PayPal will email you confirming dispatch.  

DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Mail and overseas by Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Please allow between 7-26 business days from our dispatch date for international delivery.  Please do email Customer Service if you have any concerns or problems regarding the delivery of your order. 

UK RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your order. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the order. You will be given a full refund including the cost of standard delivery only if:

  • The calendar is in saleable condition. Credit will not be issued where calendars have been damaged by customer or used.
  • You must notify us by email explaining that you wish to cancel your order stating your full name and address. You will be provided details of what to do.
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should package the calendar/s well and take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
  • This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.  None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

NON-UK RETURN POLICY
We only accept returns for faulty /damaged calendar orders . We do not accept returns for situations where you have changed your mind and decided not to keep your calendar.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Please report within 48 hours of receiving your order if it has arrived damaged or is faulty -- we will provide further instructions on what to do next. This policy does not apply to our calendars sold as "imperfect" as they will have the described calendar imperfections caused by the print production process.
